Buddy Darrell The Sound Shed Boys
Classic metal and sludge. Covers you know, originals you won't forget. Built loud in the shed, played harder on stage.
Straight from the shed
The Music
Riffs with rust on them. The Boys grind classic metal and sludge into something that smells like sawdust, solder and burnt tubes: heavyweight covers stacked against originals written between the amp stacks.
Beneath the Noise
Where it started: doom-slow riffs and gravel vocals, recorded with the shed door open.
Echoes of the Shed
The loud years. Built loud, played hard, and mixed until the neighbors filed a petition.
No Turning Back
The newest slab. Sludgier, meaner, and completely unapologetic about it.

Shed Life
Who's making that racket
The Band
It started in an actual shed: four players, one bare bulb, and a stack of classic metal records worn down to the static. The Sound Shed Boys play the heavy stuff the way it was built: slow where it hurts, fast where it counts, and loud everywhere.
Sets pull from the classic metal canon alongside the band's own sludge originals. Parties, clubs, bars, and yes, bar mitzvahs. If it has a power outlet and a tolerant landlord, the Boys will play it.
Full band story coming from the Boys themselves: history, hometown and war stories to be added.
Names and instruments as printed on the band's own lineup artwork.

What Crowds Say
Sample testimonials — replace with verified customer reviews before launch
"Booked them for my fortieth. My ears are still ringing and my friends are still talking about it. Worth every decibel."
"They played my son's bar mitzvah and somehow made it work. Grandma requested an encore. I have video proof."
"Best bar night we've had all year. They read the room, kept the floor packed, and tore the roof off after midnight."

FAQ
What kind of music do you play?
Classic metal and sludge: heavyweight covers from the classic canon plus our own originals. Slow, heavy, loud, and proud of all three.
What events do you play?
Parties, clubs, bars, and bar mitzvahs. If your event isn't on that list, ask anyway: the answer is usually "yes, if there's power."
What do you charge?
Rates are negotiable. Every gig is different: venue, date, set length, and how far the amps have to travel. Call or text (940) 242-1832 and we'll give you a straight answer fast.
Are you loud?
Yes. Gloriously. But we can dial it to the room: a bar mitzvah set and a biker-bar set are not the same set, and we know the difference.
How do I book you?
Call or text the number above, or drop your details in the booking form and we'll chase you down. Tell us the date, the venue, and what kind of crowd to expect.
