The short version. This is a preview website for client review, shown to demonstrate design and content direction. It is not the band's final production site, offers no purchases or bookings directly, and its demo booking form does not transmit data.
1. About this site
This website is a sandbox preview build for Buddy Darrell and The Sound Shed Boys, prepared by Cat Sock Studio. It is hosted on a temporary, disposable Cloudflare Pages project for client review and is not indexed by search engines.
2. Use of this site
This site is provided for informational and preview purposes. You may browse it and use the demo booking form to see how it behaves, but no booking, purchase, or transaction can actually be completed here. To book the band or ask a real question, use the phone number published on the site.
3. Content and accuracy
Band photos, album art, and lineup details shown are supplied by the band or inferred from their own artwork, as noted on the site and in its image-source log. Sample testimonials are clearly labeled as fictional placeholders and are not real customer reviews. Pricing is described as negotiable; no specific rates are quoted on this site.
4. No booking or purchase is made through this site
This site does not process bookings, orders, or payments. The booking form is a non-functional demo: submitting it does not send an inquiry to the band. Any actual booking must be arranged by phone at (940) 242-1832 or through contact details supplied directly by the band.
5. Intellectual property
Band name, logo, album art, and photography are the property of the band or used with their permission, as represented to Cat Sock Studio by the client. Stock photography used to fill visual gaps is credited in this site's image-source log and used under its respective license.
6. No warranties
This preview is provided "as is" for review purposes, without warranties of any kind. It may contain placeholder content, incomplete sections, or draft copy pending client confirmation.
7. Changes
These terms apply to this preview build and will be reviewed and reissued for the band's production website at launch.
