Privacy Policy
The short version. This is a preview site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or trackers, and has no user accounts or payments. The booking form on this page does not send, store, or transmit anything: submitting it only shows an on-screen message. Nothing you type into it leaves your device.
1. What this site is
This is a client preview build for Buddy Darrell and The Sound Shed Boys, prepared by Cat Sock Studio as a sandbox demo. It is not the band's final production website, and this policy describes only what is actually implemented in this preview.
2. What this website collects
As built today, this website collects nothing. There is no database, no server-side form handler, and no connected third-party service.

3. The booking form
The "Booking inquiry" form is a working demonstration of the layout and validation only. Submitting it shows the message "Draft form — I'll connect this to your email before launch." No name, contact detail, or message is sent to a server, stored in a database, or transmitted anywhere. For a real response today, use the phone number listed on the site.
4. Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them; in any case, it collects no information from any visitor.
5. When this policy will need to change
Important. This policy describes the preview exactly as built. It must be rewritten before launch if any of the following go live: a real booking-form email backend, analytics, social media integrations, a merch or ordering link that collects data, or any other connected service.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it.
